Step 3: Isolating the Problem

Now that you have the basic building blocks in place for the connection, lets see where the problem is. When you enter FMTouch, then click the "i" button you will reach the "Manage Databases" screen. Then you click the "+" button and a "Connect" screen comes up, which statement best describes your situation on this screen:

I can see my computer in the list, but when I click connect nothing happens!

I cannot see my computer in the list, I am using Windows
