Grab-it...Because opportunities don't last forever.

Grab-it, packs a punch. As a FileMaker developer I have worked with plug-ins for many years. Some have been a dream, some have been…well, not so much a dream, but none have been as friendly and simple to integrate and deploy as Grab-it.

Grab-it takes only seconds to install and requires the bare minimum of scripting.

Grab-it is probably the most single minded plug-in you will ever meet. Grab-it has one mission, and that is to insert files into FileMaker container fields.

Grab-it doesn’t care if the file is on the web, if the file is on a usb drive or on a local drive, simply type the path and Grab-it will automatically insert the image/file into the container field.

Watch Grab-it in action.
Grab-it works with FileMaker versions 7 - 9

Grab images and files from:

  • Your local drive
  • Your external drive
  • A USB Flash Drive
  • The Web

Free Graphic RSS Modules
FMWebschool has created a fast new way to view RSS feeds in FileMaker Pro. Many times loading huge pages and parsing them can be a royal pain! FMWebschool has created a way to view RSS feeds as Graphic images within FileMaker Pro. Web pages and RSS feeds can contain a lot of gibberish that is not needed. We have figured out a way to grab the “Key” information, convert that information automatically into an image, and have that information automatically dumped into FileMaker. FMWebschool will be releasing several of these modules for the FileMaker Community. Enjoy the sample modules we have included with the new release of Grab-it!
