Hi. I'm using FMStudio Pro and FM12.  I have the database connection working but under Bindings the Portal fields are missing.  Fields from the base table show fine but the portal fields don't.  It does show one empty binding field at the bottom of the list (see screenshot).  Any ideas on how to fix this?  I have several sites using FM11 and this has not been a problem.  I'm only seeing it with this new site I'm building in FM12.  I have uploaded the new FM12 php API folder to the website.

Sounds like FMStudioPro does not have permission to access the fields in the portal.  If the fields are in a related file then a privilege set in this file will need to provide access for FMStudioPro to these fields.

Yes, that was the problem.  I have the permissions assigned properly now and I can see the portal fields in dreamweaver.

Please also note there is a known bug in 12 - if the portal called is empty, the returned XML for processing is invalid and your page will fail.

This is supposed to have been fixed in 12v2 but it has not been as far as I am aware...
