Horizontal Headers with Vertical Data Beneath

I'm attempting to structure a table with repeating regions using FMStudio.

Repeating horizontal header containing data from a field in each record.
Vertical cells beneath each header containing repeating portal data.

Have been able to get the headers to display vertically with the portal cells displaying horizontally beneath. Have also been able to display the data in a single vertical column; header-portal data-header-portal data, etc.

How could the horizontal/vertical arrangement be accomplished?

Probably... can you mock something up and post a picture? Maybe an Excel screen shot?
