Paid for the product, can't get it work, can't a response here or by email.
Will need to call the credit card company to try to force a credit for the cost
of the program.
Anybody else as unhappy?

(Spoke to Laura about this over a week ago - I did not receive any contact from you nor a ticket describing the problem.  Laura Tweeted me and asked me to help - this was the first time I was made aware of the problem.  As I explained to her in detail the BB and the iPhone are two very different beasts requiring different DDRs they are structured differently and each one is unique in the functionality that is supported.)

I also asked her if she wanted a refund for you - which she commented that she wanted to discuss things with you with the newly found information.  So please before posting to a public forum make sure the right hand knows what the left hand is doing - since I have been in contact with your developer 6-7 times over the past week.

Bet Stephen and company are busy trying to come up with something for the Android market, since FileMaker came out with FileMaker Go. Seriously though, I've see this happen before with their products, (lack of support, incomplete documentation). Also willing to bet that this post won't remain up for long.

You would have lost your bet.  Once again we answered over 8000 support tickets not including emails, phone calls, Tweets, Direct Messages.  We hired a full time developer that does nothing but support.  Many people said documentation was never written for FMStudio - yet we produced over 30 help movies, 10 webinars and a 400 plus page book, and an online wiki.  FMStudio Pro has quite a few help videos, of the new features - everything else is still the same as FMStudio.  We documented and demonstrated the use of the new materials in video.  Many companies are using video now instead of "Books" to show how to use their software.

You also lost your last bet....

Sadly, I rarely see you try to HELP anyone on this forum, I do see you trying to constantly pick fights or leave negative comments.  For years I have been asking you back-channel to try to post something that is helpful to others besides pure conjecture.  and negativity.

The only posts I've ever seen disappear are the ones from spammers...

But it does seem they are not as good as following up as they used to be.

Note: I am only a long time forum user - I don't actually use any of the products myself, or have anything to do with their business...
