When I have a Layout that is smaller than the others, such as a Search pop up or Create Lead data Entry input sheet, you can end up with two windows open. Now having two windows open can get tricky. Especially if the second window has no way to get home, or navigate anywhere once all your Layout privileges and some toolbars are removed. Mine had just a Save and Close button at the bottom but then I got stuck and couldn't navigate anywhere once when it was my only window open and thought what if that happened to my office and they didn't have way to navigate anywhere? I went ahead and added a HOME button to my popup but then once you click Home, it remains that popup size.  Has anyone come across this frustration? What did you do instead of what I did to make a better solution? Am I explaining myself properly? Hope so.

Sorry if this is obvious and I am not getting it.  Are we talking web browser pop ups or FileMaker pop ups?

I am assuming browser?

Web browser. My approach is that most people know how to launch a new browser window if they manage to find themselves in this situation.

You could, of course, have *another* pop-up script that launches a full size window with the URL bar etc enabled - I tend not to do this, as it's hard to know what size window they were actually using previously - I don't use a full-size browser window, and sites that launch them annoy me, as I can't see the other windows I have open for other programs...
