Hi!

I have created a php page with some popups showing data generated from conditional value lists inside my database. At first NOTHING worked at all, and after seeing how easy Michael was setting up this feature (YouTube), I was rather frustrated, since everything worked in my db.

Then I found out ( would be nice to have known ) that I for no apparent reason am not able to make the popups "talk" to my FM db when I use a TableBased Login connection!!!

As soon as I created and 'open' connection without any FM user validation, everything works like magic!!

Is this a glitch, or how is that? The rest of my site is tied down with UserName/Password validation, since my organization is selling this product, so I would *very* much like to add protection to this page as well  Undecided

Any suggestions?

I have protected pages via user name and password and Live Fields with conditional Value lists and they work fine.  However, I created that protected page via my own php code and do not use the table based login.  Now what I do is basically the same as table based login but I end up creating all the code myself as opposed to FMStudio Pro writing that code, so it is a bit different but does the same thing.

I know this is not much help, but wanted you to know it does work.
