I can relate to your frustration, my friend. I purchased this stuff almost 3 weeks ago now and have installed ALL software correctly and CANNOT connect. I was emailed a couple of times and told a new bridge was being developed and have heard nothing since. I am beginning to think this setup just does not WORK with a Blackberry! I have a MAC, not sure if your situation is the same, but I am becoming VERY frustrated at these people! I need some one to get this to work as I am now carrying 2 devices, a Blackberry and Palm.

Whew....I think I am pretty computer savy...but this has not been easy. After trying everything on my PC, I even tried to get the
bridge and BB connectivity to work through my MAC...still no luck. I am curious how much of this depends on Dbase design. I have been
asked for the Filemaker password once...after I accepted that number and keyed it in...it has never worked again. After paying for
this and having to purchase a media card, at this point I feel very disappointed.

Hi guys,

I bought this program 3 months ago(!) and still cannot get it to work. I have made several posts and made some progress from them, but replies to my posts or direct emails take FOREVER. I have gotten to the point of being promted to select a DDR file, but the file I chose in Filemaker that I want to sync won't work - the BB device says its "not a valid DDR file". Is this something you may be able to help me with? Thanks!

Hi,

Brad here again. I finally figured out how to convert to ddr, did the file transfers, got the program working on my BB Curve. So far I'm pretty disappointed. All the records are there and I can scroll throught the list, but I am having trouble using the FIND function. Without a good FIND function the records are pretty useless.

I'm getting used to it now. Only a few little areas I find more difficult to use that the PC version.

I assume you are using a Mac?  What did you do to make FMTouchBB work?  You didn't state any of your procedure to make it work.
