Reporting Bugs - See Instructions Here

Hey Everyone,

We appreciate the outstanding positive feedback and we have received so far. Some of you have been really taking FMTouch through the paces and have been finding a few bugs here and there. We would love to hear about them and add it to our list. Please use our ticket based system and send bug reports to http://www.fmwebschool.com/support and we will make sure they are investigated fully.

A few quick helpful hints:
- always include the version number as it appears in the "About FMTouch" screen on your device (click the "i" button to get to the "About FMTouch" button)
- bug reports related sync or DDR initialization should include your operating system version, and the sync plugin version
- if you believe a screenshot is helpful, click the top button and the home button at the same time to take a screenshot on your device. It will appear in your photo library and you can then email it with the report.

I only have one small regret with this posting Michael, if users email their bug reports to you they might not post them here on the forums!

The bug reporting here on the forums, and your respective replies, have been invaluable for everyone to read. We get to see the reply, we get to see that we don't need to create a bug posting because someone has already informed you, etc, etc.

We don't want that to disappear! Please encourage the forum bug reports along with an email!! Please please

Hi Leland,

Thank you for the comments, first of all the version the developers have access to will not go away - I absolutely love that bug section. I will actually be doing the following: as soon as we get an email bug, we will post it if it's something new in the development section for everyone to comment on and test. This will keep this user forum clean and the discussion focused on the product itself.

So we will continue discussing bugs thoroughly and going fixing them in the development area - the fact is, 95% of the reports are first reported there either way which I am very thankful for!
